Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with 14 days free. We ask for a card at the end of the trial, not when you sign up.
What counts as a tour?
One experience you sell, however many platforms list it. A food walk listed on Google, Tripadvisor, GetYourGuide and Viator is one tour.
What if I run more than 5 tours?
Each extra tour costs $10 a month on Reply and Growth; Done-for-you above 5 tours is a custom quote.
Which plans include QR review cards?
QR review cards, scan counts per tour and guide, and the monthly report come with Growth and Done-for-you. Reply covers the inbox, drafted replies and bad-review alerts.
Is there a founder discount?
Yes. Our first 10 customers get 50% off any plan for 12 months, so Growth costs $49.50 a month.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly through Polar, our merchant of record, which adds any VAT or sales tax due at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge, we refund that charge in full.
What happens to my QR cards if I cancel?
They keep working. Guests who scan a card still land on your review pages. Only scan counts and the monthly report stop.
